DR .Haleema Sadia: Profile Dr. Haleema Sadia Prime Areas : Education, Teacher’s Training A Doctorate in Philosophy with a B.Ed from D.U, Dr. Haleema Sadia is a driving force behind Hamdard Primary School, Okhla, with intense dedication towards improving personal and organizational performances - with a track record of 18 years in the Education Industry / Sector, accumulating her multi – dimensional experiences, Dr. Haleema Sadia, currently the Headmistress of Hamdard Primary School, Okhla, brings with her extensive experience from the Education World and is now considered among the new breed of dynamic ‘Teacher’s Trainer’ blending practical concerns. The emphasis of her training is on innovation in teaching, teaching methodologies, teaching through activities, use of TLM in teaching, motivation. Her conviction with regard to potential in the teachers to excel beyond their imagination is very strong and forms the basis of her training. She evokes a positive self-response within individuals, so that they start believing in their own capabilities.
